Two buying paths, one catalog
How the Kapt Kards catalog works
Search results can include cards available directly from Kapt Kards and cards listed through our eBay store. Each listing is clearly labeled. Direct items use Kapt Kards checkout, while eBay items open on eBay and are completed there.
eBay Purchases
Listings marked Buy on eBay open on eBay. Payment, tax, shipping, returns, buyer protection, and checkout are handled under the terms shown on the eBay listing.
Direct Shipping Rules
Direct orders have a $5 minimum. Orders of up to 10 eligible standard cards ship in a protected envelope for $1.99. Orders containing 11 or more cards, graded cards, thick or oversized cards, or higher-value items ship with tracking for $4.99. Direct orders of $50 or more ship free. Shipping may be upgraded when necessary to protect your cards.
eBay Shipping & Combined Orders
eBay items follow the shipping and combined-shipping rules shown on eBay. Add multiple eligible Buy It Now items to your eBay cart to see combined-shipping discounts apply there. Direct items and eBay items are separate transactions and cannot be combined into one shipment.
Review Photos Carefully
Please review all available photos before purchasing. Unless otherwise stated, the card shown is the exact card you will receive. Photos are part of the description, so inspect corners, edges, surface, centering, and slab condition.
Condition & Grading
Cards are listed in good faith based on visual inspection. Raw cards are not professionally graded unless clearly stated. Graded listings identify the grading service and grade when that information is available.
Availability & Pricing
Inventory can change quickly across sales channels. A card is not guaranteed until checkout is completed. Prices, promotions, shipping charges, and availability can differ between direct and eBay listings.
Packaging
Orders are packaged according to card value, quantity, and shipping method. Protection may include penny sleeves, top loaders, team bags, rigid support, bubble mailers, boxes, and tracked shipping where applicable.
Refunds & Returns
Direct sales are generally final. Missing shipments, verified shipping damage, incorrect items, and material listing errors may qualify for review under the published policy.
Privacy & Payment Security
Kapt Kards collects only the customer and order information needed to process purchases, provide support, and fulfill shipments. Direct payments are completed through Shopify’s secure checkout and approved payment providers. Kapt Kards does not directly collect or store complete credit card numbers or card security codes. Payment information is processed according to the security and privacy practices of Shopify and the selected payment provider.
